  4. love this but still haven’t tried it yet, i don’t order things off line and its hard to find at the stored. out here, but i love the video.

  5. Great video. I keep forgetting I have another jar of virgin coconut oil in my cabinet. Now I know what to do besides eat it, lol hahaha!

  6. I’m a new subbie love ur channel do you know if is can help with stretch marks if not can u do a video on it thanks..

  7. @IQueenBI she said wholefoods. But I got mines from a herb store where they sell oils. Did you try gnc store that have oils there also.hope this help

  8. I have been using La Roche-Posay’s Effaclar line cleanser, toner and the duo cream for about a year now, and its still keeping my skin clear. My skin is prone to getting used to products and they stop working effectively and I need to switch, but not with these! Another thing is that my skin does not respond well to large amounts of salicylic acid but just the small amount of it in the Duo Creme really works wonders! unfortunately expensive in Canada 🙁

  9. I’ve been experiencing an irritation around my chin area for a couple of weeks now, and mine is probably caused by stress mainly but I have been consuming a lot of sugar as well, and I think I’ll try to cut it out. Hopefully it will give results

  10. I agree with the whole sugar thing. If i try and eat less my skin gets clearer. But as soon as i bring out the chocolates and cakes at college, my skin gets worse!

  11. Such a brilliant video. So many great tips that are actually helpful and work. This is one of my favourite skincare videos. Thank you!

  12. I’ve been using effaclar duo day and night for about a month now and I’m breaking out a lot. I thought that it might be a stage of the clearing process as there are a lot of blackheads pointing out now and I can do a proper facial. However, I am not really sure if that’s normal… Anyone having the same effects?

  13. It’s true, sugar is such an enemy! I decided I really needed to cut back on my sugar intake, even ‘natural’ sugars (sugar is sugar, they all have the same effect) so no more than 5g per 100g. By doing that combined with making sure I drink plenty of water every day (2 litres minimum), my skin has improved greatly. Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish is also brilliant!

  14. Some ingredients break me out horribly, even if a lot of other people have no problem with them. So now I always look at the inci list of a product and this really works. On a normal level, sugar is not a problem for me, like in tea or coffee, but anything with lots of sugar in it like sugar glaze icing I stay away from, always make me break out.
