You’re the same skin type as me, I’m oily and get shiny but my skin tends to feel dry without moisturiser/sometimes gets dry patches!
You need a hydrating serum for before you put on moisturiser! I guess water is free too, lol! 🙂

You should try out Laneige! ^^ It’s like middle zone, not that high end but not like cheaper brands. 🙂 It has really good skin care products, and I love the lipsticks.
