Here is how i am getting rid of my acne. Diet acne has a lot to do with diet drink lots of water (half your body weight) thats how many ounces of water you should be drinking a day. Eat healthy acne will reduce with a healthy diet. Then i have been putting olive oil on my forhead acne and my forhead acne is almost gone.
