Hi Heena – it will be difficult to suggest one solution as these are different problems. We have videos for, removing facial hair, oily skin & blackheads. You will need to use those remedies.
You may apply it 3-4 times a week. Once you have cleaned your face, you may apply cream etc. on your face. This should be fine in all seasons.
