  4. I find that after you work out for a while, like consistently 3-4 times a week for two weeks, working out actually gives you energy. But the main thing is your mind! It’s only enjoyable and not tiring if you want it to be. All it takes is 20 seconds of insane courage is my favorite quote. Just jump up one second and be like, “I’m gonna work out for 15 minutes!” and then it’ll get easier and easier!
